Kids’ Obstacle Course Event on Saturday

Do you love physical challenges? Does U.S. history fascinate you? Then this Saturday’s Kids’ Obstacle Course event being held at the High School gym at 4 – 5:30 p.m. is a perfect opportunity to participate in these activities surrounded by a positive atmosphere. Kids will roll, climb, scoot, hula-hoop, and more, as well as answer fun quiz questions about the United States.

This multi-age interactive event will help build confidence in kids, encouraging them to try new things even if they look hard at first. The challenges are there to help build stamina and resilience while being supportive of each other. Children 4-9 years old and their families are recommended to attend this fun-filled event. Small prizes will be earned as kids move their way through the course.

Admission is $2, per child, or a canned good for donation to the local food shelf. This event is made possible thanks to the collaborative efforts of American Legion Post 84, Community Services and Girl Scout Troop #25259.
