Wow! Check out what's happening TONIGHT in our not-so-sleepy little town...

On the live music front, the Blue Moon String Band gets a jump on all the other bands by strutting their acoustic/country/folk/americana stuff at 7pm at Hogan Brothers.

90 minutes later your musical options increase dramatically. A new band called Scattered Skies makes their debut at Froggy Bottoms at 8:30. Harmonic Voodoo gets their groove on at the Tavern Lounge right around the same time.

Also at 8:30, Matt Arthur and the Bratlanders [full disclosure: I am a Bratlander] rock the Contented Cow with their original folk, gospel and protest songs and an eclectic mix of roots music and outlaw country.

And finally, If music's not your thing, Faribault's Merlin Players theater company bring their Monty Python-esque Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) to The Grand for the second night of a two-night stand.

Hope to see you downtown!

Billy Shakespeare

I went to the _Complete Works of Wm Shakespeare_ last night and it was _awesome_.

I'd recommend others go, but it was the last night at the Grand and the last night of the entire tour. Great, great stuff.
