Based on the classic and well-loved Paramount Pictures 1954 film, WHITE CHRISTMAS first opened as a Broadway musical in 2008.  With amazing and memorable music by the incomparable Irving Berlin, the Northfield Arts Guild Theater promises a toe-tapping, heart-warming journey.  Be sure to add WHITE CHRISTMAS to your “Must See” list for the holidays!   The show runs weekends: Nov 30 - Dec 16. Tickets are available at 507-645-8877 or northfieldartsguild.org

The story of this perennial family favorite sidetracks show biz entertainers Bob Wallace and Phil Davis (Steve Lawler and Paul McGuire) to Vermont with promising performers Betty and Judy Haynes (Michelle Drenth and Sydney Place). Once there, they discover their former WWII commanding officer, General Waverly (Jerry Fox), has turned innkeeper and is losing customers due to a lack of snow.

Who loves winter? We do! So do polar bears, penguins, and snow monkeys. This class will begin with a story and a hands-on project related to winter and all things cold and shivery. Then we will switch to some open gym time for some running around and warming up.
