E-Recycling on Saturday, June 6

Carl Henry reminds people that you can bring your unwanted and appliances Saturday, June 6, from 10:a.m. to noon, to the First United Church of Christ parking lot, 300 Union Street, Northfield.  Old-fashioned CRT-based TVs (or monitors) will be accepted, but there is a $5.00 fee AND  a limit of two per household. Large sets – requiring two people to carry – will not be allowed.

The following items will be accepted for free:

Computers (desktops towers, laptops)

Small printers

Network equipment (models, routers)

Stereos

Radios

Phones

Cables

Thin monitors or Tvs

Other electronics

Dehumidifiers

Microwave ovens

Small air conditioners

Toasters

Small refrigerators

Other small appliances if they are largely metal

If the weather is terrible, the event will be cancelled.
