Just Food Co-op Class: Garden Planning for Eating Local Year-Round

Come join Kirsten's Lindquist, Just Food's deli manager, and Laura Frerichs, local organic farmer of Loon Organics, for a free class on Thursday April 3rd.

Are you interested in eating more local food? In this class, Kirsten and Laura will talk about what foods grow locally, how to plant in succession for maximum harvest, and basic food preservation. Also covered will be beginning composting and info about the Northfield Community Garden. This class is geared toward those who are beginning and intermediate gardeners.
