Fred Somers New Print at Gallery Open House

Fred Somers introduces his latest print at the 32nd Annual Studio / Gallery Open House held Saturdays and Sundays beginning November 24.

Somers says, "It has been 10 years since we produced the painting of Nerstrand's Big Woods State Park that was used for the DNR permit and those posters are now out of print." With the new painting he showcases Hidden Falls with rushing springtime waters with an array of ephemeral flowers including the Dwarf Trout Lily that is so special to the Big Woods.

The Gallery located 5.5 miles SE of Northfield on SH 246 is open Saturdays 10-5 and Sundays 1-5 through December 23. It is also open weekdays by appointment for a personal showing.
