Wine & Cheese for Scholarships - Friday at the Arts Guild

Ah, this is the good life! A little wine and cheese, conversation and warmth, and all for a good cause - to help us provide scholarships for needy kids who would like to participate in the Arts Guild’s programs. Join us at the Northfield Arts Guild for a fun and fulfilling (and filling) evening of food, of drink, and of endless lives enriched by the arts: Friday, November 9, 2007, 7 p.m. at the Center for the Arts, 304 Division St.

The Arts Guild is teaming up with Northfield Liquor Store and Just Food Co-op for this fifth Annual Wine and Cheese Tasting event. Steve Delong, wine connoisseur and Manager of the Northfield Liquor Store, and representatives from a variety of wine companies will offer many varieties for tasting. A cheese expert from Just Food will serve samples of the wonderful cheeses carried at the co-op. Both wine and cheese will be available for purchase. The tax-deductible cost is $28.00 at the door or you may reserve a space by calling the Arts Guild office at 645-8877. This is a great opportunity to order ahead for Holiday entertaining . . .
