CAP presents to PRAB; discussion continues on ISSUES list

The dog park proponent group, Canines at Play (CAP) made a presentation to Northfield's Park and Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB) on Tuesday. CAP member Rick Estenson sent me this PowerPoint of their presentation. I've converted it to a PDF (4 meg).
