PS: Give Mike my best.
To those who came out into the COLD – THANKS!
This past Saturday 196 runners and walkers, young and old, took part in the 4th Annual Jingle Bell Run. This year all proceeds from registration fees will go to benefit the Jeff Amerman Pavilion to be constructed at the Spring Creek Soccer Field Complex in Northfield. We are pleased to announce that $3,125 was raised from the event.
The run/walk would not have been a success without the support of some generous people and organizations. We would like to thank the Cannon Valley Sportsmen’s Club, Thrivent Financial, Goodbye Blue Monday, Dick Daymont, Tonja Clay, Christi Rowan Photography, Jim Blaha, Econofoods, and Cub Foods. A special thanks to our volunteer musicians Gary Meidt, Judy Reitz, Todd Harvey and Doug Rowe who endured frigid conditions as they helped start the race. Lastly, we want to acknowledge the Minnesota Center for Philanthropy for their continued support of the event and the friends and families of Carlson Capital Management who helped pull it all together.
