Just Food Co-op birthday

The Just Food Co-op natural food market turns one year old today. The celebration, however, will be Saturday, Dec. 17. Here is a schedule of events from an email announcement:
* Throughout the day: demos, samples and specials
* Noon: Happy Birthday sing-along
* Noon to 3 p.m.: live music
* Noon to 3 p.m. Wüsthof knife, Midwest Full Spectrum light and Restore cleaning product demos in the Merc.
* Noon to 3 p.m.: scandinavian "kransekake" birthday cake made by Wellness Manager Iris Lee
* Noon to 3 p.m.: children's activities
* 1 p.m.: Kids can take a crack at the piñata.
* 2 p.m.: Panel discussion on the formation of the co-op with some key members from various stages of the creation.
