Wild Edibles in Late Summer

On site location, TBA. Join local food activist Mary Ellen Frame for a day of wild edibles. Bring basket, pruning shears, rubber gloves and good walking shoes to participate in gathering wild edibles from the land on a local farm, then cook it up and enjoy lunch together. You will learn what plants are available in the fields in late summer, how to identify them, and what to do with them to make a tasty meal. Space is limited. On site location TBA.
Cost: $12/$10 owners. Please register with a cashier or by calling 507-650-0106.
