Each weekly theme is supported with a delicious snack provided by fun loving, licensed dietitian with a flare for eating well, healthily and enjoying life along the way! Since 7 of the 10 leading causes of death are due to poor nutrition & physical activity patterns, learn about specific eating strategies & nutrients that are vital in disease prevention, how to further enjoy energy, vitality & health, by designing good tasting, appealing healthy meals that can offset health issues (Recipes Included!)
