Spring Forest Qigong is a form of meditation exercises for relaxation, increased energy, improved health, stress reduction, & increased self-awareness. Come and learn the benefits of Qigong, a powerful yet simple form of Chinese medicine that’s been practiced for thousands of years. All ages welcome. Instructor Colleáyn Klaibourne is a Spring Forest Qigong Master Healer, Spiritual Mentor and Certified Level 1 & 2 Spring Forest Qigong Instructor.
