MOMS Club of Northfield May Meeting
Join us for our May meeting. This month we welcome local Marriage and Family Therapist Jennifer Simpson-Dahl from Secure Base Counseling Center. Jennifer is the founder and leader of a new parenting group in town that focuses on incorporating mindfulness into parenting to decrease stress and foster healthy relationships within families. Jennifer will discuss the components of this parenting approach and will be able to offer more information about her Mindful Parenting Group.
The MOMS Club of Northfield, MN is a local chapter of the International MOMS Club which is an organization dedicated to providing support and a sense of community for stay-at-home moms. Business meetings are on the first Wednesday of each month at St. Peter's Church in Northfield. Come to a meeting to particpate in this month's meeting topic, learn about the group's monthly calendar of events and meet other moms in the area.
