Just Food Co-op, 516 Water St S, Northfield Authors of The Minnesota Table, Shelley Holl and BJ Carpenter, will be talking about their book and the food and people they discovered during their research. Learn about Minnesota grown and produced foods and recipes developed based on them. Book will be available for purchase.
