Kombucha is a living drink made by fermenting tea and sugar with a kombucha culture, also called a mushroom or a scoby. It is easy and inexpensive to make at home and many people anecdotally report health benefits when drinking it regularly. Heather Ilse has been brewing kombucha by the gallon in her kitchen for several years and loves to share her knowledge and passion for the drink with others. Bring a glass container with a lid that holds at least 16 ounces and go home with your own kombucha culture and enough kombucha liquid to make your own brew at home. www.ajoyfulgirl.wordpress.com/kombucha/
