This personalized, in-depth class will help you give birth with confidence. Classes will cover the process of birth, comfort measures, many tips for partners, common medical procedures, decision making, early parenting and more. These active classes will keep you engaged. For more information, see www.lamazeclasses.org. Elizabeth O'Sullivan is a certified Lamaze Childbirth Instructor and Group Exercise Instructor.
6 Thursdays, 6:00-8:30 p.m., January 7, 14, 21, February 4,11,18 in the Just Food Community Room, 516 Water St S.
Cost: $170 (price includes mother and her support person). Class needs a minimum of three mothers to start.
