Jessie Jane's Jamboree 4: Merry Mary
The Northfield Arts Guild is proud to announce a production of a new play by local playwright, Brendon Etter. Jessie Jane's Jamboree IV: Merry Mary will be presented as a fund-raiser for the Northfield Arts Guild on September 9-11, 2010.
She's back and better than ever! Jessie Jane will be returning to the stage of the Northfield Arts Guild for a new episode of the trials and tribulations of Jessie Jane's Jamboree. Jessie Jane's saloon and eatery has a new attraction: a purveyor of perfumes! Life smells sweet in the little town of Northfield until the dark side of the new perfumery is discovered. Yes, something smells good in Northfield. Too good.
Brendon Etter has written each of the four scripts for the Jessie Jane's series, the first of which was presented in September of 2006. This year's addition to the Jessie Jane saga has been proven to contain stellar dancing, magnificent singing, and the most lighthearted melodramatic plot this side of the Mississippi! Audiences will be entertained and amused with the toe-tapping musical numbers and witty banter.
Tickets are now available for Jessie Jane's Jamboree IV: Merry Mary by contacting the Northfield Arts Guild at 507-645-8877, or on our Plays Page. Performances will be on September 9, 10 and 11 at 7:30pm and on September 11 at 2:00pm. All tickets are $10.00. Proceeds from this fund-raiser will go to support the programming of the Northfield Arts Guild.
