Kari Berit is back by popular demand for a second brain health series.  Keeping your brain fit and healthy is just as important as physical fitness. The series will challenge you to look at what you are doing and what you can do to keep your brain fit.    If you attended the series last year, you are anxiously awaiting this second series.  If you attend for the first time, Kari is a dynamic speaker using humor, personal stories, and audience participation.  Fun brain exercises are offered throughout the hour.  Bring your lunch.

Oct 28   12-1pm,  Session 1: Why is it so hard to change?

Most people would rather remain stuck, than risk stepping outside their comfort zones. The brain thrives on change. We’ll explore why change is difficult and discover tips and tools to making it easier. You’ll be introduced to the mental fitness challenge and given “homework,” to build your personal mental fitness challenge.
