Join Transition Northfield and Spring Wind Farm for an outdoor class, canning salsa, stewed tomatoes or ketchup on Saturday 8/21 from 9am to 5pm. Happening at Spring Wind Farm just outside of Northfield. There is a $10.00 class fee and a suggested donation of $3.00 per canned item to take home.
