YMCA Boxing (grades 7-8th) 7 Classes
Learn the ABC’s of the sweet science of boxing. Boxing does much more than simply build muscle and heart health. Learn self discipline, concentration, quick thinking and enjoy the physical fitness of a growing sport for youth- by former professional boxers Gordan Marino and Efren Maldonado. As interest grows, we will begin building an amateur team. Equipment provided.
- Instructor Gordon Marino is a former professional boxer, a certified USA boxing coach and former head coach of boxing at Virginia Military Institute.
- Instructor Efren Maldonado is a former professional boxer and a successful amateur coach
