From 10:30-4:30 the Carleton Mortar Board Society members are hosting a Dr. Seuss Read-a-thon!  In celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday they will be reading his books in the children's area of the library.  Come on by to listen or take a turn reading!

Library Kids Club is a new afternoon program that begins this Saturday.  It's just for kids K-5.  They will explore the library with awesome volunteers from Minnesota Reading Corps, St. Olaf & Carleton Colleges.  They will be exploring a different topic every week– transportation, crafts, cooking/baking (food), travel, sports or animals! Learn about using the library, how to find books and then expanding the topic with reading, crafts, and activities.

No charge! Saturdays 1 to 3 March 1, 8 and April 5, 12 & 26.
