Amy Scherber, a St. Olaf alumni '82, has a book titled, The Sweeter Side of Amy's Bread: Cakes, Cookies, Bars, Pastries and More from New York City's Favorite Bakery, John Wiley & Sons.
The book recreates 71 products (including scones, muffins, cookies, bars, biscotti and layer cakes) from the author's three Amy's Bakery Bread locations in New York City.
