The hottest kickboxing class around!
Combines athletic moves, sports drills, hip hop flavor and more.
Instructors demonstrate moves and give you a chance to learn & pick up the rhythm throughout the class! It's a fabulous way and fun way to stay in shape. You’ll see & feel improvement after the first class!
Classes offered at the YMCA Health & Wellness Fitness Center (located at 900 Cannon Valley Drive - on the campus of the Northfield Retirement Community).
Sunday 4:45-5:45 pm ! Join us any time!
Members attend free ($28/mo for adults - only $8 a month if you have a participating health insurance)! Nonmembers - $5 per class. Child Watch available - free to Family Members ($55/mo which also includes free youth classes (soccer, messy play, t-ball, and MORE). Child Watch $3 per 2 hours per child.
YMCA Prescription: Move a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 days a week!
