Summer Reading Program's visiting artist series musician Lynn Deichert!
Today you can meet a real "music man!" Lynn Deichert -trumpet instructor and more! Lynn received the B.M. from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and the M.M. from Boston University. He has been a member of the American Wind Symphony and has also attended the Tanglewood Music Festival Fellowship Program. His groups include Beacon Hill Brass, the Lynn Deichert Swing Band, and Stomp N' Dixie. He also tap dances, juggles, and plays the piano. He also teaches trumpet at Carleton College. His program will run @45 minutes and is geared toward children but all ages are invited!
