A primary election will be held in Northfield on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. On the ballot will be candidates for various state offices, as well as candidates for Northfield City Council in Ward 1 and At-Large. There are two ways to vote in this year's primary: early voting at City Hall or voting at a designated poling place on Election Day.
- Before Election Day, eligible votes may cast their votes at Northfield City Hall (801 Washington Street) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, from now until the end of the day on Monday, August 11. On-site voter registration is allowed (with a valid ID) Click here for more information from the Secretary of State's office.
- On Election Day, August 12, 2014. Voters who choose to vote on Election Day, Aug 12 (7am-8pm) must vote at the polling place designated for their particular Ward and Precinct. Northfield's Election Wards were redistricted in 2012, so take a minute to verify your Ward and polling location by clicking HERE Precinct Finder.
