Wondering what to do with fresh herbs? Curious about how to couple spices with your favorite veggies and meats? Come learn abou traditional and not so traditional pairings that will make you fee like an instant expert on fresh herbs and exotic spices. Recipes will be provided and 2-3 dishes will be sampled. Water will be available to drink, but feel free to bring a beverage to share.
