Health Reform Rally at Bridge Square

Things have been heating up at the National level with health care reform.  It's hard to keep up with all the news and information pouring out. 

There have been protests at Senate Finance Committee meetings because single payer supporters have been excluded from the discussions.  There have been rallies against American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the private health insurance umbrella organization. There have been rallies supporting single payer at the White House Regional Health Forums and in Washington DC.

Saturday, May 30th, from 10am to 12pm at Bridge Square (4th and Division Sts. Northfield, MN) there will be a rally for national single payer health reform.  This rally is part of a nationwide day of action in support for Medicare for All.  For more information go to http://www.healthcare-now.org/.

Bring signs and voices to show support for the only cost effective way to universal health care coverage.  Attached is a flyer, to spread the word about the event.
