 Cross Country Skiing

Come learn about our native sport in Minnesota, Cross Country Skiing! Local winter adventurers will also talk about how to layer clothing and stay hydrated while being aerobic in winter. When talking shop is done, we'll head out to the Arb for a real adventure! Our beginner class will focus on basic technique, learning how to use your poles and trail etiquette. Our intermediate class will focus on perfecting your glide, hill climbing, and a brief introduction into skijoring with man's best friend!...
