Gov. Al Quie '50 to discuss new book at St. Olaf

The St. Olaf Bookstore will host former Minnesota Governor (and Dennison native) Al Quie '50 and his biographer and former speechwriter, Mitch Pearlstein, for a conversation about their recently published book, Al Quie Riding Into the Sunrise: A Life of Faith, Service, and Civility.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at St. Olaf Friday, Dec. 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the Heritage Room (second floor of Buntrock Commons). A question and answer period, reception and book signing will follow the event.
