The Northfield Early Childhood Initiative Coalition will be hosting a candidate forum to discuss early childhood issues. we have invited Tim Rud and David Bly to join us on Wednesday, October 22 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

There will also be time for questions from the audience as well as some conversation with the candidates. Refreshments will be served and good discussion is expected.
Here are a few of the questions we would like to ask...
- As a legislator, how will you increase the number of Minnesota children who are ready for kindergarten?
- What tools and resources do you believe parents need to ensure that their children begin school equipped with the skills necessary to succeed? How will you ensure that parents have these tools and resources?
- As a legislator, how will you increase the quality of early care and education programs and support the professionals who care for and educate our youngest children?
