City of Northfield Seeking Applicants to Fill Vacancies on Advisory Boards and Committees

The City of Northfield is seeking applicants to fill volunteer positions on City advisory boards, commissions and committees.
At the end of December, the terms of several members of the City’s boards, commissions and committees will expire. There will be openings for members on the Arts & Culture Commission, Charter Commission, Environmental Quality Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing & Redevelopment Authority, Human Rights Commission, Park and Recreation Advisory Board, and the Rental Housing/Building Code Board of Appeals. For additional information on each of these groups, including additional requirements for the Charter Commission, please visit the City’s website at: www.ci.northfield.mn.us or contact the City Clerk as noted below.
Applications may be turned in throughout the year, however those wanting to be considered for openings at the beginning of 2014 should submit applications as soon as possible.
