Buffalo Commons Village business meeting
The Buffalo Commons Village cohousing group will hold a business meeting this Saturday morning. Anyone interested in learning more about this local cohousing initiative is invited to attend.
Where: Home of Cindy and Marc Robinson, 707 St. Olaf Ave., Northfield.
When: 8:30 am to noon, Saturday September 13. Cindy has graciously offered to provide coffee/tea/treats. Please feel free to bring something tasty to share as well if you are so moved!
What: Business meeting of the Buffalo Commons cohousing forming group. Cindy Robinson and Karen Olson will facilitate the meeting. Bruce Anderson will report on his trip to California as an advance scout for a "Getting it Built" workshop (see the description for the California workshop here) that could be done here in Northfield in November, and his meeting with Katie McCamant and Chuck Durrett of CoHousing Partners and McCamant and Durrett Architects concerning a possible development partnership arrangement with their firms.
Why: To move planning for the community forward as expeditiously as possible.
