In celebration of Northfield’s vibrant, unique arts community, the Northfield Downtown Development Corporation and the Northfield Arts Guild present the fifth annual ArtSwirl festival, featuring music, dance, theater, visual and literary arts, August 7 - 10, 2008. Here are Friday's events...
10:00 am - 9 pm - Wood Sculpture Demonstration on Bridge Square
12:00 noon - Noontime Organ Recital at United Methodist Church
6:30 pm - Ballet on Bridge Square (3rd Street Walking Bridge)
7:00 pm - Theater in the Park: The Merry Wives of Windsor at Central Park
7:30 pm - Storytelling: Real Lives Aloud at the NAG Theater
8:00 pm - Middle Eastern Dance Performance at Chapati
8:00 pm - Meredith Fierke CD Release show at the Grand
9:00 pm - midnight Local Live Music all over town
