Dear Eyvonne and family. My deepest sympathies are with you during this time. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pastor John's passing. It was only a few weeks ago that I received a letter from him. I have dearly enjoyed corresponding with him over the many years since he left Malta. I remember so much of the lessons of Confirmation with him and even as an adult his gentle teaching and wisdom have guided me.

I will always remember Pastor John and the wonderful knowledge he instilled in me. My kids often hear stories of him and our time together while he was Pastor in our church ~ and lately as we exchanged letters.

I wish that I could be with you; know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you and keep you during this time. Always.
